Mind my own what?

Yes, mind your own MIND. It is said, minding our mind or our thoughts is the most important business we have. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Stand guard at the portal of your mind." Here's why - Our thoughts create our reactions and feelings about things. They (our thoughts) are the master of our days and lives because they create our feelings. If we want to have a great day and feel good, we have to be conscious of our thoughts. The best way to become more aware of our thoughts is to be mindful and the best way to be mindful is to cultivate a daily meditation practice. Simple and as easy as we decide it will be!
