I have weekly classes on Longboat Key at Feel Good Yoga and Bayfront Park Recreation Center and monthly Art of Conscious Dance events at Hip Expressions studio in St. Petersburg-the first Sunday of the month. FEBRUARY 5. The ART of Conscious Dance-Nia FreeDance. Get ready to move your body, mind, emotions and spirit to soul stirring music YOUR way to awaken your inner artist and explore the Nia style of FreeDance! You will be guided along a roller coaster sonic landscape to stimulate your chakra system, open your mind, and move your body. We end with a meditation to feel refreshed and inspired. Each month will have different music and theme. February is OPENING HEARTS the perfect beginning to the month where LOVE is the focus, for yourself and others. This class is open to everyone. NO prior dance experience is necessary to enjoy this monthly event.**
FEBRUARY 12. We call it DEEP DIVE! and it is! Experience the newest 2017 Nia routine in a Master Class and workshop for teachers and students to learn the moves! Deep Dive brings you the healing power of water and mobility in your body, mind, and spirit! Put February 12 on your calendar NOW to dive into the fluidity of movement for fitness pleasure the way your body craves to move!
Is this YOUR year to experience the JOY of MOVEMENT to develop life long skills for living in harmony with your body? It is about SO MUCH MORE than how to dance! The Nia White Belt training is an achievement of JOY and CONSCIOUS AWARENESS..for potential instructors and students of life! Next trainings for 2017 are all split weekends with a break in between to rest or go back to life. I am planning April in Sarasota, July and October across from the beach on Longboat Key and Illinois in August!

Nia brought me to the DANCE of consciousness, Caroline Myss and Sacred Contracts- the analysis of archetypes brought me HOME to my soul. All of my training since 2004 has been with Caroline Myss, a beloved teacher and Jim Curtan, Spiritual Director and mentor. DeCoding what I am BORN to do has been a journey of discovery that gives me a spiritual compass adding to my faith and philosophy. Here is a hint..One of my archetypes is that I am a TEACHER. It came later in life and when I look back I can trace the contract moments that paved the way. No kidding. So can YOU! Here are some experiences you can join in on with me this month!
