Pretty isn’t? The real one is even better, strong and powerful with valves and flaps that open and close to a rhythm that signals life, with each breath taken. Yet......... many of us take it for granted that the magic within us will just keep on giving without proper care... IT WON'T.
What the heart needs from you is a vigorous worked out minimum 3 times per week, include some yoga and other stress reduction activities. It wants you to eat foods like wild salmon, kale, broccoli, nuts and oatmeal to name a few. it also wants you to drink lots of pure water and a glass of wine once in a while. Your heart will really reward you if you give it lots of laughter, kindness, gratitude and Love. So here's to your Healthy Heart and by the way Happy Valentine’s Day.
