Welcome to the first busy month of Fall season!! This is where the chaos and hectic start. Spooky Posh will be launched soon, and Its our birthday month so make sure you are paying attention to see the promos they throw out. They usually mix it up and like to do things all month long!

Also, make sure you are following up with your customers after they order. This is the piece where you form relationships with them. They love posh, but they will love your service even more. Check and see who has ordered 2 months in a row. Do they need that 3rd month to grab 500 loyalty points? Are you sending them thank you cards with a note or perhaps a sample? You should be. This is where you are the most important in this equation. Cross-sell, up-sell, ect ect. If you are not following up, you are not doing your job and you are missing out on a lot of opportunity.
