Team Captains! I hope you are doing well. Just a few updates and reminders for you as we get closer to our inaugural event.
The Course:
We are releasing each leg on Friday via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Make sure you follow us and share these links with your team. Course legs will range from 3.5 to 9.8 miles. The two legs, longer than a 10K, will have a water stop and water bottle refill station.

Team Member Form:
Make sure all of your team members enter their information on your Team Member Form as soon as possible. The link was emailed to all team captains right after registration. Need the link again? Just email us. Remember that all team members must be 21 or over on race day.
Final Payment:
Your final team payment is due by January 15, 2018. Click here to make your final payment.
Volunteers:
If anyone on your team lives within 100 miles of Asheville, NC or Greenville, SC, you are required to provide one race-day volunteer. Don't feel like providing a volunteer? Just pay the $100 volunteer fee and we will work with one of our local non-profits to provide a volunteer. You can indicate your volunteer on your Team Member Form or click here to pay your volunteer fee. Have more than one person that might want to volunteer? Just email us!
2018 Race Theme:
The race theme for our inaugural event will be "Support Local". Our theme is inspired by the support we have received from small businesses in our region and the cities that will host our race. We also recognize that the Ville to Ville wouldn't be near as exciting if our participants weren't coming from 27 states, D.C., and Canada! So in celebration of all of our local cities, states, and regions, please plan to represent your local area with fun outfits and costumes. There will definitely be a prize worth winning for showing your local pride on the race course!
