Summer 2020 Shirt

We wlll not forget the Summer of 2020.

It was the summer after our schools closed, our sports seasons were cancelled, and our graduations were changed.

And for many, it was the summer when we chose not to quit. Not school. Not celebrating (within guidelines). And not our sport (within guidelines).

We hope to walk into our schools in the fall, we hope to celebrate as we always have.

And we hope to return to our sports.

GTD will continue our conditioning programs this summer (within guidelines) and we intend for it to be the best program we have ever had. It will be a challenge (within guidelines) and we accept the challenge. We hope you do too.

The shirt

In recogition of the athletes in our program having the courage and focus to train with us this summer, this summer's shirt will say Summer 2020. It's a statement that you did not give up this summer. You accepted the challenge to work hard to get ready to compete.

The shirt is black with red lettering. GTD had one other limited edition black shirt -- in 2013, and it was awarded to 15 athletes that summer. This summer's shirt also is black and is a limited edition, awarded to athletes who accept the challenge of this summer's conditioning program.

Registration Deadline

To begin your program on June 22, we need your completed registration by June 15.


XC Program

If you plan to run xc in the fall, you should register for the XC program.
Details about the program are at this link. Fee -- $200.

All-Sports Program

If you plan to play soccer, field hockey, football, participate in track (but not xc), or any other sport, you should register for the All-Sports program.
Details at this link. Fee -- $170.

Personal Coaching

Coach Braz provides personal coaching for runners at all levels who want to improve their performance or want a guided maintenance program.

Registration Form

The program is designed for runners who have a specific racing goal, or a series of races to prepare for, or want to build or maintain their running fitness.
