Our friends at Heart & Sole Sports and Fleet Feet come on out and join Ralph this Thursday Night March 31st at 6 pm. Kids, Dog's and Sonoma County Runners. Thursday is Trucker Hats and Sombrero's, ending our Run at El Som! Fitch Mountain Loop 10K and Badger Park 5K! Popsicles, Dog treat and of course the El Som runners special! Special Guest The Azkales football team from the Philippines will be running with us!
Saturday's Trail Run on April 2nd at 8 am will be hosted by our very own Tiffany Belize.
The HRC Trail-Surfers will be running at Riverfront Regional Park with a marked 4 mile, 6-7 mile and longer runs up to 20 miles. Coffee, hydration, nutrition and post run beers maybe offered up for those that Run Hard and Run Happy! Breakfast at the The Parish Cafe
Riverfront Park is 10 minutes from the shop at 7821 Eastside Road, Healdsburg! Look for the HRC Tent with 75 people around it
