Please Sign This Document - It’s Easy!

Two of our local community members have taken the initiative to coordinate the presentation of evidence of crimes against humanity (involving Azar, Fauci, Daszak, Baric, FDA, CDC, NIAID, Moderna and Pfizer) to Berkshire County District Attorney Andrea Harrington. This is a national movement (read more below) and you can help.

1. Please print this document (click here), fill it out, and be sure to leave the signature blank.
2. Bring it to a notary public and then sign the document in their presence (preferred). Most banks notarize documents for free. But if you are not able to bring it to a notary, go ahead and sign it without having it notarized.
3. Email us at SunshineArk@protonmail.com to coordinate dropping off or mailing your signed document to us by Friday, March 4. That's it!

We will collect and submit all the signed documents at once (the more we have, the better, so thank you for your help!) with Dr. David Martin’s 205 page dossier (see below) to the Berkshire County DA. This is just the first step in a process where we ask the District Attorney to begin investigation into these crimes. We will keep you posted.

Encourage interested Berkshire neighbors who respect our constitution and reject all forms of discrimination and segregation (no mandatory masks or medical procedures!) to join our mailing list.

Berkshire Telegram Groups

There are two private Berkshire-based freedom Telegram groups. One group, the Sunshine Ark, is for general freedom oriented information. The other group, Sunshine Ark Action Group, is for those interested in Berkshire specific freedom-related information and willing to take action. Students and staff at Massachusetts public schools won't have to wear face coverings indoors starting Feb. 28, according to Gov. Charlie Baker and state education Commissioner Jeffrey Riley. Pittsfield, MA Threatens Verizon With Cell Tower Cease-And-Desist Order

In what may be the first such move by a city health department, members of the Pittsfield, Massachusetts Board of Health on Feb. 2 voted unanimously to issue a cease-and-desist order to Verizon if the company refuses to discuss removing or relocating a cell tower residents said is the source of multiple illnesses.

The order would require Verizon to turn off the tower unless it commits to resolving issues raised by residents of the Berkshire Mountains community. READ MORE

What is a Public Accommodation? Many businesses in the Berkshires claim that they are "private businesses" (not public accommodations) and therefore have the right to do whatever they wish to do (including breaking the law by segregating and discriminating against individuals who do not wish to partake in medical experiments such as masks and shots). Do not comply. Your actions matter.

The more we comply the worse it will get. The extreme tyranny that we are seeing today has been caused by mass voluntary compliance. Masks do not protect you from viruses and they lower your immune function. Any potential benefit is far outweighed by the harm they cause. People tend to follow the leader. Be a leader! Actions speak louder than words, and each minute of every day we now have the choice to be part of the problem or part of the solution. Which do you plan to be? Stay strong, stay healthy, stay smart, and stay free.
