Razzamataz Theatre Schools Carlisle and Penrith are currently seeking talented individuals to deliver our performing arts classes at our weeknight and weekend schools. We are looking for experienced teachers of drama, dance and/or singing who are able to deliver creative, inspirational and fun classes to children aged between 2 and 18 years.

We are an award winning theatre school providing training in dance, drama and singing in both musical theatre and commercial styles to children aged 2-18years. We aim to develop a child's confidence while they learn new skills, make new friends and have fun in a safe and secure environment. The Carlisle school runs from 9am-4.30pm on a Saturday, and the Penrith school from 4pm-8pm on a Wednesday.

The job role includes, but is not limited to
- Working as part of a team committed to providing high quality performing arts training
- Providing high energy, fun and educational performing arts classes
- Preparing weekly/termly lesson plans
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A natural affinity with children
- A passion for teaching drama, dance and/or singing

Carlisle classes are held at The Performing Arts Centre, Richard Rose Central Academy and Penrith classes held at Newton Rigg College. We are seeking teachers for both schools and have multiple positions available. Teaching experience in performing arts is essential as is experience working with children. Full training will be provided.
