Trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal is extraordinarily spiritual and empowering.
Day 1 Amazing day trekking up to Namche Bazaar 3400m.
6 suspension bridges one over 200 meters above the river.
Certainly tested my height phobia!
Next was
Namche Bazar acclimating day up to 3880metres.
One of my favourite places on the globe.

Cracking day walking up to Dingbouche at 4350m.
Who is coming to Everest Base Camp in October?
The scenery is sensational!
Acclimatising day today at Dingboche.
We climbed up and over 4800metres.
Tomorrow we head over 5000m.
Bloody brilliant adventure!

We have hit 5000m.
A bit more chilly up here and we can see base camp in the distance.
Tomorrow we will rock up to Everest Base Camp.

In November 2018, a group of 20+ mates will make the extraordinary trek to Mt Everest Base Camp to raise awareness and much needed funding for a rare genetic childhood disease called Ataxia-Telangiectasia (A-T). Charlie and Zara Millar are two of the 40 children in Australia affected by this life shortening debilitating condition.
Their father Jeff along with his mates making the trek are determined to do “whatever it takes” to find a cure and you can help! Share this video to raise awareness for A-T and Donate below:
