Mr C, & Sensei Jason receive email, phone calls & FB messages BUT the quickest way to reach us is by messaging us through the app. When you do this one of us will see it fairly quickly. Remember we are closed on Fridays & Sundays & often spending time with our families.

We're ending round 2 of the twelve round year. We've got 10 months left in 2022. If you're ahead on your goals Congrats; if you're a little behind step up the pace. DON'T give up on YOU.
