Happy Cinco de Mayo! It's been a couple of weeks since I wrote, so mainly I wanted to fill you in on any recipes or posts you might have missed. But I've included a few Mexican-inspired recipes below in case you're celebrating the holiday.

As you know, my kitten Loki has been a great comfort to me as I go through some health issues. Loki is strictly an indoor cat, but a few weeks ago, we took him out in the back yard for some supervised fun. And, of course, I took photos of Loki and friends. Check them out in Loki Unleashed.
