Easter Sunday Service ~ March 31, 2024 Join us to celebrate Resurrection Sunday! Easter Potluck Breakfast at 9:30am Easter Worship at 11am The featured Scripture is: Luke 24:1-12 for Pastor Mike's message: The Risen Jesus. | Livestream at: CLC Website Recorded service posted to: CGCC Facebook & CLC Facebook Come Grow With Us! ~~~ | This week is Benevolence Sunday. | Maundy Thursday Tenebrae Service Tonight, 7pm The Service of Tenebrae (Tenebrae is the Latin word for ‘shadows’) is a prolonged meditation on Christ’s suffering. The Scripture readings trace the story of Christ’s passion, the music portrays his pathos, and the power of silence and darkness display the drama of this momentous event. As lights are extinguished, we ponder the depth of Christ’s suffering and death. This is a night of repentance over sins and a sustained reflection upon Christ’s sacrifice of atonement. | Worshiping Together Spend Sunday mornings with us ~ in-person or online at 11:00am. Let's grow together through Worship, Praise, and Prayer. Please send your prayer requests in for our Joys & Concerns email that goes out on Monday morning!
