BE the best you can BE!

This is a very popular expression and I ask you, are you BEING the best you can be? Sometimes we think we are but realize we are DOING the best we can but not really BEING the best we can. Being comes from inspiration which comes from within ourselves. Doing comes from motivation which comes from outside of ourselves. I am facilitating two wonderful classes that may help you know the difference and experience the difference.

"Transformation with Mindfulness & Meditation"

Tuesday Evenings Beginning September 11; 6:45p-8:45p

Learn the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.
Experience both meditation and mindfulness exercises.
Leave with tools to establish your own practice.
Each class will be discussion, videos, experiential and will have a theme.

Six weeks - September 11 to October 24: $120 per person
Dress comfortably & bring a journal.

2018 World Day of Prayer is September 13, 2018 and the theme is Courage to Heal.

World Day of Prayer is a 24-hour prayer vigil and meditation.

I will be facilitating a one hour class on September 12 at 7pm as preparation for the healing experience this 24 hour vigil can create.

In that hour we will have discussion about some things you and others may want to heal, create affirmations for the day ahead and spend some time in meditation. This will also allow the power of your prayer to be enhanced as others hold your prayer for you and you hold theirs for them.

September 13, 2018, marks the 25th anniversary of the event, and thousands of individuals and communities around the world will come together to affirm and celebrate the true spiritual nature of healing.

On September 13, the live event will be held at Unity World Headquarters at Unity Village and broadcast to Unity and New Thought communities and homes around the world.

To enhance your commitment from Wednesday night's class you can join for music, prayer, and meditation as we support and strengthen our courage to heal ourselves, our communities, and our world, guided by the affirmation: I am a healing presence.
