Summer Family Challenge

If your entire family signs up to participate in summer reading you can enter our special Family Challenge Prize Drawing and receive a Family Challenge Bingo Card. Each completed "bingo" earns you an additional entry into the Family Challenge Prize Drawing. What is this fabulous prize? It is your choice of a membership to either the Peoria Zoo, Peoria Playhouse or Peoria Riverfront Museum. Visit the library to register today!

The Spoon Man is Coming!

Tuesday, June 14 6:30-7:15 p.m.

Join us at the library for the “Spoon Man” comedy show. He's a published author who performs a hilarious, interactive comedy program for all ages. He gives a real stirring performance. The “Spoon Man” has a totally clean act. He never uses dirty silverware! The “Spoon Man” will leave a lasting impression after playing on you (literally). It’s a spoonful of family fun!

Get in the Game & Read this Summer

This is the first year we're offering an Adult Summer Reading Program. For each book, magazine, audiobook or e-book you read, simply fill out a ticket and enter it into our weekly prize drawing for a $20 gift certificate to Morton restaurants and businesses. All the entries will roll over into our grand prize drawing of a Kindle e-Reader as well as a $20 Amazon gift card.

Eureka’s Pumpkin Festival Past

June 1 at 6:30 pm

Learn about the pumpkin festival held in Eureka between 1938 and 1961. See photographs and objects shared by residents of this special time in history.

In July, the Library will offer a series of musical events on Friday Nights beginning July 8. Join us in Hannah's Reading Garden for music to start your weekend. The Library will also be open extended hours from 6 to 8 pm. View the concert schedule here.
