Jay Phelps Releases Single 'Angel' on Raestar Records

'Angel' is the first of a number of singles and videos to be rolled out in advance of Jay Phelps' highly anticipated second album - which is a departure from the more traditional approach of his first - due for release in 2017. Both the recording and a UK tour are made possible with the generous support of The Arts Council of England.
