United Fire & Water Damage is moving!! We are relocating from our current office / warehouse space of about 2500 sq ft, on Drusilla to a new office / warehouse space in Industriplex that will be roughly 6 times larger!! 15,500 sq ft of space will include office and warehouse, a retail showroom for kitchen and flooring, a contents cleaning facility, ozone / drying chamber, and my favorite part - a CLASS and FLOOD ROOM for our continuing education presentations!!

Adjusters and agents, facility managers and REALTORS, will all benefit from hands on training at the new location, which will be the only flood facility available to industry professionals in Southern Louisiana!!

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about moisture identification and mapping, extraction tools, different types of air movers / dehumidifiers, how to properly set equipment for a water loss response, monitoring equipment, drying hardwood flooring systems, drying cavities under cabinets, and built-ins, and so much more!!

We look forward to seeing you at a class very soon!

President United Fire & Water of LA, LLC

When you think about water damage in Baton Rouge, you may only think about it happening due to flooding. Actually, the most common types of water damage calls we receive have to do with household incidents- or things like a leaky roof. Left unnoticed, these events can all lead to the need for our services. The longer you let water sit then the more work you will need.

The likelihood is that at some time in your life, you will file a water damage claim. Make sure you know who you’d call when that happens.
