I'm excited to share that Sonia Jones Travel is officially an ATAS accredited travel agency! This is quite an achievement and something that I have been pushing for with Australia's travel agency governing body for some time.
What does being ATAS Travel Accredited mean?
When planning a trip, the ATAS symbol tells you the travel agency you’re dealing with is credible, well-trained and professional. They’ve met strict criteria to become nationally accredited, so you can book with them knowing you’re in the safe hands of one of the best in the business.
ATAS (Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme) is administered by the industry association, the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA). Agents and operators with ATAS accreditation are required to conduct business in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and in accordance with the ATAS Charter and Code of Conduct.
