This holiday season, we have both Red and Green Chile Rellenos. All of the chiles are Hatch chiles. Unless otherwise requested, a dozen will automatically come with 6 red and 6 green rellenos.
Tamales
$32/Doz Cooked or $28/Doz Frozen Uncooked
Green Chile Chicken, Green Chile Pork, or Red Chile Pork.
For those who have the ability and the patience to steam the Tamales at home (they need to be steamed approximately 1.5-2 hours), I highly recommend getting them uncooked. While Tamales do re-heat just fine, nothing compares to that fresh from the pot taste!
