The States & Capitals 2018 CREATIONS&MEMORIES Tour has ended.

The band will hit the road again for a run of west coast dates early winter.

From a basement in New Jersey to new LA digs, States & Capitals is a project by 21-year old Richie Arthur. In April 2015, while still living in Wyckoff, NJ the band released their debut four four-song EP titled, “Vacant - EP.” They released their second EP, “For Your Own Good - EP” later that same year. After the EP releases, the band dropped singles, “Crawling Right Back To You” and followed with “20.08” in early 2016, bridging the band's sound from a young Pop-Rock sound to a more mature New-Wave sound. After the move to LA, finished demos sent Richie on a trip to Nashville, TN to collaborate with producer Jonathan Roye (Owl City, Kelsea Ballerini, Forever The Sickest Kids) on an EP that would later be titled, “CREATIONS&MEMORIES - EP.”

“CREATIONS&MEMORIES - EP” was released via STEM distribution on June 15, 2018. The first single, “Drive,” premiered on Spotify’s “It’s Alt Good” and “The Scene” playlists on August 4, 2017. The band kicked off the first leg of the “2018 CREATIONS&MEMORIES Tour” in Los Angeles, CA, on March 7, 2018, covering the west and southwest including Southwest Invasion in Austin, TX.

The second leg kicked off on July 8, 2018, in Denver, CO, covering the entire USA, ending at House of Blues Anaheim on August 12, 2018. Throughout the tour, two additional B-Side singles from the EP were released, “Villain” June 29, and “Higher,” July 27, the same day the band played the 2018 Vans Warped Tour in Mansfield, MA.
