Hello Everyone, we are excited to have you join us on “The Hill UTV Fest” in Yarnell, AZ.

The weather should be perfect.

Things to Know:

• There is dry camping available on a 2-acre open lot next to the American legion. See attached photo diagram.

• We will provide breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning and dinner on Saturday night. American Legion and Gilligan’s will be doing the food we will let you know where to go when you get there for the food.

• Registration will open at 3:00 pm on Friday. Driver and all passengers must sign the ‘Release’ form so please have everyone check in together. If you have a minor, then a ‘Minor Release Form’ must be completed. To expedite the process, you can download this form from the website and have it notarized. We also have a notary at the event.

• We will be doing Registration, cornhole, raffles and activities at the American Legion which is right next to camping.

• If you’re going to have a fire please make sure it’s in a metal container and do NOT put the coals on the ground, please respect the land it is private property.

• You must take all trash with you when you leave.

• There will be a raffle, poker hand results and corn hole tournament on Saturday along with dinner.

• Be sure to pack extra belts and spare tire, we do carry recovery kits, but you should carry your own spare parts.

• We will conduct a driver meeting on Friday evening prior to the evening ride and then one on Saturday morning.

• Pack water, snacks, and lunch since we will be making stops on the trail.

• It is imperative that we have all your emergency information. If you didn’t complete this at the time you registered, we will have you complete the form when you check in.
