St. Leo Catholic School Emphasizes Service to Others
'Tis the season to be thankful and to think of others. At St. Leo Catholic School, service to others, our community and the nation are not simply words in their Mission Statement or put into action just at this time of year. Faculty and students strive to help others in small and large ways every day of the year.
Outreach efforts range from “Kick for a Cure” (students paid $1 to try to score a soccer goal) to the 4th Grade bake sale (raises money for Christmas gifts for a family the class “adopts”) to Caring Friends (a yearlong Student/Senior Citizen pen pal program) to food drives.
The annual outreach efforts are key to preparing students to be responsible citizens of their community, nation and world. Learn how St. Leo puts their mission into action and schedule a tour today.
