Art on display now through the end of February.
In process in my studio...
I've started a new series entitled, "Dear Universe."
Daily thoughts are written, much like a journal entry, onto the canvas. Following this experience, I begin to paint. Daily changes in color palette and brushstrokes uncover my inner conversation with the universe.
It might be finished, it might just be the first of many layers...
The first layers of paint from my first seven days painting this series of artworks.
Connect with me on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook to see how this series evolves.

February Community Art Challenge
Let your art suck. :)
Please, be more concerned with "making your unknown known"
I believe we need to get over the idea that we/art need to be perfect. It holds us back and keeps us stuck in a judgemental state.
Art can be crap. Or, it can be beautiful and inspiring...and we can and should have different opinions on that.
But that shouldn't stop us from creating. So this month, I challenge you to MAKE something (and let me know how it goes in the comments).
I think you'll be surprised how good it feels...and god knows we all need a lot more light and happiness in our lives. :)
