2017 Eagleview Farmers Market

The Eagleview Farmers Market will be open weekly, every Thursday, from 3 - 7 PM in Eagleview Town Center. The market is rain or shine. If electrical storms move into the area we will suspend market operations until the storm has safely passed. Please monitor our Facebook page for updates on stormy days.

Down to Earth Harvest - Certified Naturally Grown! - Head Lettuce, kale and Swiss chard. We've still got great tomatoes - hold onto summer! Peppers and eggplant too. Our roots - carrots are beautiful, red sweet beets and radishes. Also this week - fennel, pickle it. Plus salad mix, dandelion, parsley and dill.

Frecon Farms - -Apples - McIntosh, Gala, Honey Crisp, Jonathan, Cortland
-Pears - Bartlett. Pumpkin Spice cookies, Pumpkin Crumb muffins. New Sausage Pepper and Broccoli Cheddar quiches. Sweet cider is back along with cider donuts. Everyone's favorite Pear/Apple "Papple" sweet cider is back as well. Hard Cider. Also fruit butters, dried apples, and cider applesauce.

Old Homestead Farm - Cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, cantaloupe, cucumbers, zucchini & squash, bell peppers, eggplant, hot peppers, onions, garlic, basil, mint, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, spaghetti squash, acorn squash, green beans, edamame, arugula, salad mix, lettuce, Swiss chard, kale, patty pan squash, red beets, scallions, and flower bouquets.

Aldebaran Farm - Our sweet pepper harvest is going strong - enjoy them sauteed with onions, stuffed and roasted in the oven, sliced raw with hummus or dip, or in any salad for a sweet and crunchy treat. Have you tried our eggplant yet? Ask Dan for tips on cooking our Asian varieties. Cook up our paste tomatoes with red peppers, blend into a sauce and add some eggplant with parmesan cheese for a delicious, seasonal meal that cannot be achieved with sauce from a jar. We will also have salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and beets. See you Thursday!

Canter Hill Farm - We'll have loads of fresh chicken, fresh turkey breasts and drumsticks, fresh sausage (including discontinued flavors like Sundried Tomato, Buffalo Blue and Roasted Red Pepper) and lamb, ostrich and duck. Snag pork loin chops or breakfast sausages (caseless and links) for fast meals everyone loves. We will have duck mousse and pork pate this week, so be ready! Pre-Orders: canterhillfarm@yahoo.com

Lindenhof Farm - Straight from our farm to your kitchen, we bring you fresh eggs, fresh chicken, fresh turkey, fresh duck and plenty of grass-fed beef, lamb and pork. We have lots of sandwich meats for your school lunches, and plenty of meat for all your tailgate parties. For those hectic evenings we have the quick heat 'n serve chicken or turkey pot pies. Dia Doce - Cupcakes from the winner of Food Network's Cupcake Wars! Each week a new and delicious line-up of flavors from our favorite cupcake baker! You won;t see the truck this week - she'll be in a tent!
