Hello! I hope you are surviving the heat of July. I have been enjoying the afternoon rain showers that have helped cool things off! This past weekend I took a little road trip to Poncha Springs and Salida. (I normally head to Savannah now for the book convention I go to, but I had to back out this year and decided to still take some time off of work). It was such a great time, I got an Airbnb, had some delicious food, watched sunsets over the Arkansas River, visited A Joyful Journey hot springs and soaked and treated myself to a 30 min massage (much needed), met some new people, went on a ghost tour of Salida and rested! These sessions will be different that what I was doing before, you will stay clothed (so wear light clothing), and it won't be massage work, (no lotion).
