From the time she begins uploading to the time it's released will vary. The e-retailers each have their own time frame for processing the books through their …er…processes. I imagine them dropping the file into some sort of Rube Goldberg device. Kobo is usually fastest, and Nook is usually the slowest, with Kindle and iBooks and GooglePlay in the middle, but it never takes anyone more than a day or two.
The paperback and hardcover editions require an extra step. Once their Rube Goldberg machine spits the book out, I have to proofread each version one last time. So that'll add a couple of days. There's a real possibility the print edition won't be available for purchase until next week, the week of the 12th. But it'll be just as soon as we can manage it.
So we're down to the wire now!!!
