Log into My.Stonex.com with your email address, not your username.

KEY POINTS

STARTING ON SUNDAY NIGHT YOU WILL LOG INTO PLATFORMS AND PORTALS WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND CURRENT PASSWORD (USERNAMES WILL NO LONGER BE USED)

▪ Your platform will NOT change
▪ Your existing username will no longer exist
▪ Your new username will be your email address
▪ You will log into My.Stonex.com with your email address and current password
▪ We will NOT have the ability to reset passwords for customers, the only way to change a password is to click "Forgot Password" on the login screen of My.Stonex.com.
▪ You will log into trading platforms with your email address and password(CQG users are an exception; you will continue to use the same username for CQG access but your email address for Stonex portal access)
▪ You will no longer have access to MYACCOUNT.GAINFUTURES.COM or PROD.GAINFUTURES.COM

▪ If you are using a web browser bookmark to access account portals, delete the bookmark and create a new one for My.Stonex.com
▪ If you are using iBroker web, your old username will be automatically populated in the login screen; manually delete it and type in your email address, then approve of the "save" from the browser

If you are unable to log into the portal linked above, please click the "Forgot Password" text on the login screen of the MyStonex portal and follow the instructions. THE NEW PASSWORD SHOULD BE 14 CHARACTERS, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO CHANGE IT TO COMPLY.
