Through our new teaching series one of the things that I keep thinking about is Paul, no, not our Paul, the apostle Paul. In Philippians, he lays out how he was born right, acted right, belonged to the right crowd and yet, he still was in need of Jesus as his Savior.
I think a lot of time we put so much value into things rather that be how spiritual we are, or even the things we have, or the success at work. In reality, all we need is Jesus. Today if you are struggling, feeling like you don't have it all together like those "other" people (spoiler alert they don't either), remember this: Jesus loves you, died for you, and has extended you grace. That, my friends, is all that matters.
Your friend,
Pastor T. Jay
