Safety Video & Required Gear

All team members must watch our 2019 Safety Video prior to the relay.

Required Visibility Gear - All teams must have at least two reflective vests,
two headlamps, and two blinking LED taillights. These items will have to be
shown to the safety volunteers at the starting line check-in for a team to start
the relay. Shirts with reflective gear will not qualify as a reflective vest. Here
are links to acceptable items:
Safety Vest | Headlamp | Blinking LED Light
*These links are just recommended items. You do not have to have these specific items. Safety vests that are reflective and have a rear blinking light will meet both the vest and rear LED requirement.

2019 Race Theme & Relay Contests!

Who rocks? You do! Our theme for our 2019 race is "Rock On!" Pay tribute to your favorite band or musician by decking out your vehicle, your team shirts, and your costumes for race day.

We will have the contests listed below on race day. Volunteers and staff along the course will be voting!

Best Team Costume - Wear it all day long and the more outrageous, the better!

Best Vehicle Decoration - Your vehicle has to be awesome and street legal.
Please don’t create a safety threat with empty kegs on top of your mini-van!

Best Social Media Post - We love social media! Just create a post tagging us and use the hashtags #villetoville and #willrunforcraftbrew on either Instagram or Facebook. The one that we love the most will win. If your team doesn’t have its own social media account, then it should!

The Cliffs Team Spirit - Fun teams create a fun environment for all. Show your team spirit along the entire course. Our volunteers will be voting for this winner, so make sure they feel your love!
