Hi, Cheese Fans

Currently we are presenting in JHB and Hartbeespoortdam. We are looking forward to a few Stellenbosch courses in a row, before hitting the road in August to Clarens on Dunelm Guest Farm. Join us on 22-23 June at the Food Science Dept. of the University of Stellenbosch for a cheese course.

I see a lot of kits being advertised on Google lately, from local and overseas companies, beer brewers, bakers etc. Please be aware that you will not get the correct advice and support from them. Cheese making may not be rocket science, but it does have its technicalities only applicable to dairy.

Elaine and myself have been in the dairy industry for decades and can surely help you on your "whey ;-)"
