Dear member,

I do hope that you are all well and are not finding the adjustment in life too difficult at the moment. After the government announcement on 16th April to remain in lockdown for a further three weeks, we will continue to suspend all membership payments in May. You do not need to worry about your direct debit payment as our membership administration team will ensure that this process is altered for all members. For all annual payers, we will continue to extend your anniversary date accordingly. If you are due to renew your annual membership in April or May, Alan Gray, our membership administrator, will be in touch by email or phone and the renewal date will be altered to reflect the time that the club is closed. I would also like to reassure all our long-standing members that this break in membership will have no effect to their silver, gold or platinum status.

Thank you to everyone who has been in touch to tell us how much they are enjoying the online classes and kid’s activities which all members are able to access through their member portal on the Westwoods app. If anybody is unclear on how to access their member portal please contact us on and a member of our team will guide you through the process.

Congratulations to our members who have already managed 10,000 moves to complete the Westwoods Wellness Challenge in April, and I offer huge encouragement to others who are so nearly there. I wish everyone who completes the challenge the best of luck in the prize draw to win a £50 voucher for the Nike store on Friday 1st May. We are looking to run different fitness challenges every month and we hope to encourage as many members as possible to get involved. Look out for the details of our next challenge in our May newsletter!
