As we enter the long-awaited sunshine & warm days, come relive the excitement of summers long ago at the pleasureland of North Beach. The summer resort, located where LaGuardia Airport is now, was a major vacation destination in Queens from 1886-1917. This slide presentation will take you through the history of the area as it developed and declined.

$10 or FREE for GAHS members with an RSVP by 12PM day of event. GAHS members email QEDAstoria@gmail.com to reserve a spot.
