Happy Weekend!

I made a promise to myself, to get out for a walk/run every single day this week. Our days are shortening at a very noticeable rate lately. And I know how the snow and ice will soon force me to the inside confines of our basement's treadmill or our high school's indoor walking track. The fresh air does so much good for my soul, as do those beautiful sunsets!
