Christmas Card Box

If you would like to send cards to church family members this Christmas season, bring them into church and pop them into the box. We will sort them into the Family File Folders on the desk each week for folks to pick up. Christmas greetings couldn't be easier this way...just don't forget to check your file! (If you don't see a folder with your name on it in the file box, please let Jen Lynch know so we can fix that right away.) Cards for this Christmas have already gone into your file and some of you still have cards from LAST Christmas!

This week has been very Chistmas-y here at GG. We painted Christmas ornaments and packed Christmas treat bags for the H&H kids. We've helped carry in angel tree donations. Last Friday we even decorated outside and went Christmas shopping. We have lots of fun during the Christmas season!

Now's the season for deep cleaning since outdoor activities are less. We spent time this week deep cleaning upstairs and down, something we will do frequently over the winter to hopefully keep the worst of the germs at bay. Intern Cameron Fortune is home for the holidays and back with us at GG. (Welcome home, Cam!!) Today he is processing catnip with part of our crew while Rachel and Jill are jam supply shopping with the rest. We are all glad to have him back to work with us during his Christmas break!

Of course there was also jam making this week. Stop by the GG table for some last minute Christmas shopping. We have jam, dried herbs, and two wine cork cat toys. (Our organic catnip toys may not be refilled until after the holidays.) Additionally, our CSA 2024 information is finally ready. We had some folks purchase subscriptions last year as gifts and they were absolutely a hit!

For I was hungry and you gave me food;
I was thirsty and you gave me a drink;
I was a stranger and you took me in;
I was naked and you clothed me;
I was sick and you visited me.
I was in prison and you came to me.

.....When you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters,
you were doing it to me.
