Announcement: StemJournal

Rapidly expanding knowledge and technical possibilities may impact stem cell-based therapies for cell replacement in Parkinson’s disease, as outlined in the recent open access JPD review article "Repairing the Brain: Cell Replacement Using Stem Cell-Based Technologies" by Henchcliffe and Parmar. With this in mind, we introduce a new journal from the publishers of JPD.

StemJournal is an open access forum for innovative scientific contributions from the many fields of research on stem cells. The launch of this new peer-reviewed journal for the stem cell community has an ultimate aim: to keep pace with developments in this burgeoning field and to lower the barrier to publishing truly integrative biomedical research on stem cells. Submissions are now welcome via the journal's website: stemjnl.org.
