Hello Yogi!

Thank you for coming out to hanuman shala's event with Raghunath! It was a full success!

This will be my last newsletter for a while. (I am giving you time to miss me.) My last class is taking place Wednesday, April 19th from 19:00-20:45 at Hiltl. Here is the Facebook Event. I would love to see you at this Hanuman Flow! (Monkey) Hugs will definitely be exchanged!
It's a way for us to say byebye to the chocolate bunnies + hello to the twisting monkeys!

My next class will be on the 19th of May at Body Love Fitness. I am already looking forward to this Forrest Yoga Intensive! Here is the Facebook Event for it. We will work with finding space in the neck and shoulder area; think Dolphin variations :-D Will you be there?

If you like to surf, I am teaching a cool class this summer with Chixxs on Board! The Yoga for Surfers class is specifically targeting areas and moves you need for finding stability on your board this season! It will happen every Wednesday 18:30 - 19:30 at Klopstockwiese in Zürich. Check out their website for more info!
