YOGA TIP

Even though we still have snow on the ground, my daughter and I are in full swing talking about spring and Easter. She pulled out the Easter eggs from our “holiday box,” and we spontaneously made up an Easter Yoga Game that I’d love to share with you!

How to play an Easter Yoga Game:

1. Cut out several small pieces of paper.
2. Write an Easter yoga pose on each piece.
3. Fill plastic Easter eggs with the poses, one in each.
4. Hide the Easter eggs around your house, your class, or outdoors.
5. Once the children find an Easter yoga egg, they can practice the pose individually or as a group.

Feel free to encourage their creativity—your children might come up with their own Easter yoga games!

NEW DESERT YOGA BOOK

I'm beyond excited to share our brand new desert yoga book, Emily's Day in the Desert!

My family and I rented two RVs a couple of years to tour around Southwest USA. This desert story is based on our incredible experience camping in Death Valley, California. Though the name of the place is not awesome, the location is completely amazing! In fact, it's the unique place I've ever visited in the world.
