Introduction to Malchus Week

Our facilitator this week is Rabanit Kineret Sarah Cohen.

Rebbetzin Kineret Sarah Cohen was born in Eretz Yisrael and comes from Sefardik descent (Moroccan). She grew up in New York in the Ashkenazic circles and developed a deep rooted connection to the teachings of Chasidut and Musar. Because of this diverse upbringing, she is able to connect, teach and understand women who come from any background or religious affiliation. Rebbetzin Kineret Sarah Cohen is most famously known in the Jewish music world as the number one orthodox female Jewish performer. She uses her “voice” to create joy in a woman’s heart through her singing and utilizes her power of speech to lecture and spread Torah to all women around the world instilling in the hearts of Jewish women a love for Torah and Hashem. The Rebbetzin heads a non-profit Torah center for women and girls in Brooklyn, New York (Ohel Sara) and is one of the top lecturers on Torah Anytime. She has received many berachot from renowned Rabbis, among them, Rabbi David Abuchatzera (shlit”a), Rabbi David Chananyah Pinto (shlit”a), Rav Ovadyah Yosef (a”h), Rav Moshe Ben-Moshe (shlit”a) and Rav Moshe Chai Siman Tov (a”h).
