So this week on Bang2write's Sunday #Scriptchat Post, I'll be talking X MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. I saw the movie this week and despite disliking its "predecessor" X MEN: FIRST CLASS (I know, I know, I was the odd one out there), I thought this was just ace: exciting, interesting, fun - everything a Hollywood movie should be! Plus it had a story (albeit a lightweight, skewed crazy one). Perhaps one of the most surprising elements of X MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is how emotional it is ... Yes, you read that right! James McAvoy offers an astonishing performance worthy of awards (if it weren't for the fact this is movie about giant robots destroying the world) and even Wolverine is NOT his usual self ...
