On January 1st, 2021, we are launching our new Transform Yourself Live Online Retreat. During the 15 weeks of the retreat, starting on January 21st, you will have a chance to rid yourself of the old thoughtforms, outdated life themes and behaviours that are holding you back from becoming your authentic beautiful self. In the video below I talk about what this new age of Aquarius will call from each of us and how to get ready to be an active co-creator with the process of spiritual transformation.

As we leave 2020, please take some time to reflect on the wonderful gifts you have received this last year:

* What gifts have you been giving to the world?
* Do you have good health?
* Do you have enough money for your needs?
* Do you have opportunities to grow spiritually?

These are only a few things to get you going on your gratitude list. Contemplating your year and celebrating what is good is essential to physical, emotional and mental health and prepares you for what you wish to do in 2021.
