Spirit comes to us through dreams and visions, during meditation, and in any moment where we have sudden clarity. Dreams can bring us powerful messages from deep within our psyche. The carriers of those messages are often archetypal beings, animals, and elements of the natural world that invoke a feeling in us. The shamanic journey can be a powerful tool to open the channel to our spirit guides and to re-enter the sacred moment of feeling that comes when we encounter the divine.
