Sign Up Before 5:00 Today, 11/22/21, to Give Oral Testimony

Now is your chance to help! Sign up by today at 5:00 to give oral testimony in support of Bill S.1122 (an act relative to bodily autonomy and family integrity) and Bill H.4151 (an act affirming and protecting the constitutional right to personal liberty). Health Rights MA needs as many people as possible to share their personal testimony. Please prepare ahead of time for this virtual hearing (see tips below). You can also give written testimony if you are not able to attend the hearing.

The Joint Committee on the Judiciary has scheduled the hearing for the Massachusetts Health Freedom Bills S.1122 and H.4151 on Tuesday, November 23, beginning at 10am.

This is our ONLY shot at a hearing this session. The inconvenient date is intentional. Don't let them get away with it. We can do it together . . . It’s go time!

Testimony Tips!

If you would like to give testimony but are not quite sure how, guest speaker Allison Chapman will share her best tips.

OSHA Suspends Implementation, Enforcement of Vaccine Mandate

11/17/21 - The Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) says it has suspended the implementation and enforcement of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses.

The announcement came shortly after a U.S. appeals court rejected a challenge by the Biden administration on Nov. 12 and reaffirmed its decision to put on hold OSHA’s mandate, which requires that businesses with 100 employees or more ensure that workers either be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 4, 2022, or be tested weekly and wear a mask. Learn More About Off-Grid Living in a Tiny House

Tiny house living offers many people the opportunity to improve their quality of life. In addition, being able to take your home with you if you have to move can have many advantages. In the latest episode of Living Big in a Tiny House, Bryce Langston states, "Right from the very beginning of our tiny house project, it was always important for us to be off-the-grid. For us, going off-the-grid is all about creating synergy with the elements, lowering expenses, reducing our ecological footprint, working with the seasons and getting to geek-out over some seriously cool technology.

In this video, we give an overview of the off-the-grid systems which we have integrated into our tiny house on wheels including solar power, rainwater harvesting, grey-water, composting toilet and more.

Without a doubt, making the decision to go off-the-grid in our tiny house is one of the best things we have ever done. From reducing our cost of living, to opening up more options with future parking spots, going off-the-grid has helped to add freedom to our lives." WATCH

To help support health freedom, domestic and financial security, and personal and civil liberties, Stand Up Massachusetts! is working to create a separate organization and website (an alliance) to help represent, and foster better communication and collaboration between, all of the freedom-supporting groups, organizations, businesses, and individuals in the northeast region. We believe that following just laws and protecting our God-given rights, as upheld by the U.S. Constitution, is the best way to maintain the health, safety, equality, and civil rights and liberties of our community members.

The Northeast Freedom Alliance (NEFA) will consist of a separate website and online directory, an event calendar (the same one we are using for Stand Up MA), a blog focusing on what's working in the freedom movement, and more.

There is power in numbers, so let’s share our expertise, knowledge, and wisdom so that we can help one another and preserve our way of life in America. We are stronger together!

If you are the leader of a freedom group or organization, the owner of a freedom-supporting business, or you would like to volunteer, learn more about the Northeast Freedom Alliance (NEFA) below.

Add an Event to Our Calendar

One of the most powerful ways you can help the freedom movement is to spread the word about important events. We have made it easy for you to do this through the online calendar at Stand Up Massachusetts. Submit any freedom-related events or petitions you come across for consideration through this online form. If you would like to embed our calendar on your own website please contact us at standupma@protonmail.com.

When you check out these events, consider supporting/attending as many as you can to help the freedom movement. Your presence means a lot!
