My heart goes out to all those who are facing uphill battles, some of us are mourning the loss of or caring for loved ones, or facing mental and physical health challenges, and often we have so much to do we are spinning in circles! Just know you are not alone, we are all each others' sisters, and for those of us who can - reach out and lift up a friend or acquaintance. Listen, really listen.
