The Financials Of Food Biz
Starting the first week of June, Small Food Business's Jennifer Lewis, MBA, will be running a 4-week online course through Portland State University focused on the financial aspect of food businesses. This is the area I get asked about more than any other (with marketing being a close second) and it's material that simply can't be easily condensed into a blog post or e-newsletter update.
The course, which costs $459, runs June 3rd - June 24th. Live, 'in-person' online seminars are held weekly on Wednesday nights at 6:15 - 7:15PM PST (seminars are recorded should that time not work for you) and the course also includes weekly readings, videos, assignments, and one-on-one assistance, to make sure you understand the material covered.
