Saturday: All Greek Scream Night
• No alcohol at the houses for Scream Night. No Alumni.
• 6:30-7:30 pm pm: Sober Hosts check-in at Public Safety, then head to the Education session.
• 7 pm: Simultaneous Education
o New members meet at Chapel (not under the influence of any intoxicant) New Members Sign check-in sheet with 2 Responsible Actives. New Members stay in chapel with two Responsible Active members and IFC and Panhell Presidents and Vice Presidents for an All Greek Welcome!
o Actives go to first rotation with President. Presidents from both organizations review outline of the night and expectations of behavior.
• 8:00-8:30 Rotation 1
• 8:30 -9:00 Rotation 2
• 9:00-9:30 Rotation 3
• 9:30-10:00 Rotation 4
• 10:00-10:30 Rotation 5
• 10:30-11 Rotation 6
• 11: Check-out at Public Safety
o At houses, all members leave. No gatherings of members at houses after 11pm. This is an all Greek activity. All Houses should be empty at 11 pm.

o Sober Hosts head inside Public Safety to check-out.
o Presidents and VP’s will ‘check-out’ all New Members and Guardians outside Public Safety with IFC/Panhell Leadership and Administrator support if needed. All guardians and new members are subject to a PAS test.

Friday: Fraternity Only Night of the Wings
• One Guardian per new member to take responsibility for new member.
• Guardians and New Members subject to breath tests at end of night.

• 6 pm: New Member Education
o New Members and one active go to New Member Education with IFC Leadership at Casa Loma
o New members sign-in with IFC leadership. Any new member is subject to substance checks.

• 7 pm-10 pm: NOTW Traditions Take Place
o No Alcohol. No Substances.
o Alumni Welcome.
o Register Event with Party Approval.
o Walk-throughs completed by IFC Leadership and Administration
o Organization my establish one 30 minute Ceremony Time for ALL orgs where administration will respectfully not walk through ceremonies. To be determined at IFC.
o Sober Hosts check-in at P Safe per party policy.

• 10 pm: Night Closing
o Sober Hosts close party. New members check-out. House closes. All Actives and Alumni leave house.

o IFC President and VP and any available administrators check out each house and have new members/guardians check out (sign-out).

Night of the Wings/Scream Night Spring 2017

• Org. must have party license before weekend.
• Sober hosts as per party policy. Need to register party through Party Approval for BOTH events.
o For events with 21-49 members in attendance, three Sober Hosts will be required. For events with more than 50 people, the Closed Party Sober Host requirements will be in effect.
o Orgs with Incentive: 2 Sober Hosts. Over 50, 3 sober hosts.
• New Members subject to breath tests at end of night.
• Administration/Student Leadership walk throughs throughout night and potential presence at check-outs.
