At the Y, character is something that happens on the field or court, but carries you through life. Y Sports are about building character along with athletic skills. It’s about making friends and developing a lifelong passion for sports - all in a supportive environment with caring adults.

Sign up now with the Y’s family-friendly registration process! You can choose your practice day and time. Spring sports include soccer, flag football, t-ball/baseball, golf, lacrosse, field hockey, volleyball, and basketball academy. Register today online or at your local Y!
