A Note From Mr. Sandefur
Lion Family,
I hope this message finds you well. Recently, we had the honor of attending the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board Board of Directors Meeting in Nashville. It was an opportunity for us to share the incredible happenings and the faith-based education journey unfolding right here on our campus. The enthusiasm and support we received reaffirmed the significance of our mission.
In Romans 1:16, the Apostle Paul declares, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes." At The King's Academy, we hold this scripture close to our hearts, striving to embody its essence in our "Graduate Profile." We aim to raise students who are unapologetically Christ-like, not just in their faith but in their actions, words, and relationships.
Being unapologetically Christ-like means standing firmly in our faith, allowing it to shine in every aspect of our lives. Just as Jesus embraced everyone with love and compassion, our students learn to do the same, fostering an inclusive community where kindness, empathy, and grace abound. We encourage them to be bold in their faith, sharing the Gospel through their words and deeds, unapologetically spreading the light of Christ in a world that often needs it most.
We encourage our students to stand firm in their faith, even in a world that sometimes challenges these values. Together, we create an environment where they can confidently live out their faith, growing into the unapologetically Christ-like individuals we know they can be. Let's continue to nurture this spirit in our students, empowering them to be the salt and light of the earth.
In Christ,
Jeremy Sandefur
