Final Payment Due
Today is the LAST DAY to pay your final team payment of $450 (+4.5% processing fee)! Click here to make your final payment. Teams with outstanding balances on January 16th will forfeit their spot in the relay and their $225 deposit.
Team Member Form
All runners need to enter their personal information on their team's specific Team Member Form (using the link sent to captains). February 13th is the deadline for all information to be completed, including team member name, volunteer information (if anyone on the team lives within 100 miles of the start or finish line), team category, t-shirt sizes, and team pace. T-shirt sizes, team name, and team pace will be locked in after this deadline so we can order shirts and create the start times for each team. Email us if you do not have your teams Team Member Form link.
Volunteers
Team volunteers can now sign up online. Volunteer options will be at transition areas, the finish line, and at our two packet pick-up events. The deadline to pay the volunteer fee is February 13th; however, if you plan on providing a volunteer, but have not yet identified them, you will have until March 13th to list that information on your team member form and have them sign up for their volunteer location.
