I hope this finds you doing well. Celebrating with the Avalanche on their Stanley Cup win on Sunday! And I hope you have a good week before the holiday this coming weekend. I will be working at FanExpo (comic con) again this year on Saturday & Sunday, should be busy and fun!
Tomorrow (Tuesday 6/28) is a New Moon...so dark sky's, for us in CO it is at it's peak at 8:52pm mst. New Moon's are a great time to set your intentions for the next month. This New Moon is in the sign of Cancer and it asks you to explore how you can grow even if it feels vulnerable. It can trigger our emotional connection to safety, home, family, community and comfort. It is a good time to let of old resentments, disappointments and old expectations. Then look around you and take notice of all you have to be in gratitude for and all you have accomplished. This is a good time to nurture yourself, be creative, light a candle (to fill the dark), take a bath, write in your journal, enjoy time in nature. I have limited office time again! I am renting a room at Krista Igoe's office in Littleton, off of Mineral and Broadway (7800 S. Elati St, #105, Littleton) on Monday's and/or Friday's. I am offering Cranial Sacral/Reiki/Energy Sessions and if you want a Intuitive Reading session in person, we can do that as well. These sessions are different that what I was doing before, you will stay clothed (so wear light clothing), and it won't be a full body massage. I have my Auricular equipment there as well if you are wanting one of those sessions. I am honoring my body and adjusting how I work. Text or email me to set up your time. I am still available for virtual sessions on Monday, Friday and Saturday (part day). you can schedule your sessions here. I am continuing to working part-time with OsteoStrong, as I really love the program and the clients who come in!
