HCR is a family-friendly ride, so bring your loved ones!


Do you like biking with friends? Well you may be interested to know that the longest tandem had a staggering 35 seats and was around 67 feet in length! But you don’t need that long of a tandem to participate in HCR with your friends. All you need is your trusty bike and other friends with bikes! HCR allows road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, cruisers, tandems, pedal-assist e-bikes–all bicycles that can be operated safely can be ridden. Just make sure your bike is in good operating order. Register today at:

Leeward Path Bike Ride 9/3

This will be a fun ride to explore the progress of the path! Start at Blaisdell Park, end at Philippine Sea Rd., have lunch at Ka Makana Aliʻi Shopping Mall, then go back. It's free. Parts of it will be on gravel or dirt roads.


Education from keiki to kūpuna, for motorists & cyclists.

We heard your bicycle is (2)tired of your excuses not to get outside and ride – so HBL put together fun bike classes your bicycle (and you!) will surely enjoy. ∎ Road Cycling Skills workshop - to master gear shifting so no hill or mountain is too daunting ∎ Fix-a-Flat workshop - to conquer those pesky punctures in a pinch ∎ Adult Learn to Ride workshop - for first-time & inexperienced riders looking to start their pedaling adventures! ∎ Bicycling Basics workshop - learn the trick to getting drivers to give you the space you deserve!
